Anne Phung Nguyen

Hi, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my stunning fiance JP and my delightful Dad Henry. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram account @annephung, where I talk about my personal life- the highs the lows and all in between. My parents brought me to America around 1990, and I was just one-and-a-half older. It wouldn't be possible to share my story with you today in the event that my parents did not work long and made sacrifices. As I knew I could be a successful person and I wanted to be successful and do my parents proud. My life was set out in a way that I could go to university, get work in a corporate to marry, then purchase homes. The life I had planned for myself wasn't what it was. As of 2013, I was dreading going to my corporate job because the pay and prestige were not what I was looking forward to- I felt like I was throwing my life in order to earn a living, but I realized that I was destined to do more. Then, in 2013, I realized that my passion was exercise. Also, I loved getting involved in social activities and giving an extra helping hand to people. That led me to a different path, and eventually into the world of personal training. Since 2014 I have been running my business on the side and this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th birthday. For an Asian woman in the industry, there are very few of us. I strive to make a difference in the industry to provide high-quality coaching that allows people to live a more healthy and happier person by establishing healthy and sustainable living that caters to your personal goals and requirements. In addition, I strive in empowering others to achieve their goals and dreams and achieve anything they want to achieve. My career really took off because I experienced the greatest successful times of my life. My mother passed away at the same time that my professional life began to fall off. After an eight year struggle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's finally resting within Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and continue to keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. Even if you can't see it at first, life has a funny way of giving us what we really require. The passing of my mom transformed me in so many ways and I am convinced that she offered me a second chance at life. She passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance for me to have my second chance of living a happy, fulfilled and fulfilled life. As I approach my 30s I feel a sense of living and being alive. I'm not feeling like I'm just another number. As I write this story I hope that my personal experiences can resonate with the ones you have. I hope to help people realize that they aren't alone. You have the capability to do anything that your heart desires. Because death is the last thing there is in this world I want you to enjoy every moment of it and end your life with no regrets.
