Arike Ogunbowale

Arike Ogunbowale is a professional basketball player in the Dallas Wings, a team that is part of the Women's National Basketball Association. She was a player for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in college before she was drafted as the 5th overall pick by the Wings during the 2019 WNBA draft. Ogunbowale was awarded gold medals at the 2013 FIBA Americas U16 Championship as well as the 2014 FIBA U17 World Championship, and the 2013 FIBA 3x3 U18 Championship. She was named the USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team on July 7, 2014. Ogunbowale was also named on the ACC All-Freshman Team following her first year of collegiate basketball. While still relatively new Ogunbowale has already established herself as an exceptional basketball player, and she is bound to keep her track.
